The problem with multiple nav elements (and the simple solution)

Nothing is true, everything is permitted.
1. 如果有多個 nav 要加上 aria-label 說明，以區別其他 nav
2. footer 的社群網站連結，不用使用 nav
3. 如果出現內容功能一樣的 nav ，則可不用 aria-label ，或使用一樣的說明內容
